Agreement?

Remember the post a few days ago about the negotiations between the U.S. and the Sunni insurgents? That was shocker enough (have you seen it reported anywhere in the MSM?)

Well, it appears there's trouble in negotiationville:
BAGHDAD (AFP) -
Iraq's main Sunni religious group have threatened to pull out of reconciliation talks if US counter-insurgency operations aren't halted.

The Muslim Scholars Association, an influential organization of Sunni religious leaders, has said Saturday that it will leave the Arab League-sponsored talks that began in Cairo in November "if operations against civilians aren't halted."

"When someone signs an accord, honor says he should hold to it and the transitional government has not kept its word," committee spokesman Sheikh Abdel Salam al-Qubaisi said.
Excuse me a minute. I think it's pretty big news that we're negotiating with the Sunni's. But isn't it even larger news that we've reached an "accord"?
