Not Whining

Works for me:
A DIET recommending you eat 100g of chocolate a day and drink red wine, which will add six years to your life - is this for real?

Scientists in Australia and The Netherlands have come up with a diet they claim will cut a person's risk of heart disease by 78 per cent.

And the good news is, you'll want to be on it.

The diet focuses on seven foods that have been proven to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure.
And the winning foods are?

150 ml of red wine per day (32 % reduction heart disease.

100 g. dark chocolate (reduce blood pressure)

4 meals of fish per week (reduce heart disease 14%)

2.7 g. garlic per meal (reduce cholesterol)

400 g. fruits and vegies (lower blood pressure)

68 g. almonds (cut cholesterol)

If 150 ml. lowers your risk of heart disease 32%, does 300 ml. lower the risk by 64%? :)

As Slim Pickins, playing Major T. J. "King" Kong says in Dr. Srangelove,

"Shoot, a fella' could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff."
